Refund policy

Cancellations: You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production hasn't started yet. Once your unit enters production, the order is final and can't be cancelled or refunded for a change of mind.

Defective or damaged units: If your AUTO GAUGE arrives defective, damaged, or dead-on-arrival, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll repair, replace, or refund at no cost to you, and we'll cover return shipping once the defect is confirmed.

Non-returnable items: Because every unit is built to order, we can't accept returns for reasons like a change of mind, ordering the wrong configuration after production has started, or general dissatisfaction with a correctly functioning product.

To request a refund or replacement, email us with your order number and a description (and photos if possible) of the issue.
